Tim Kelly recently told me he rode his bike for 44 miles in one day to take a few pictures. It's an 11 mile ride to the location, then 11 back. When he arrived at home, he had realized his camera was not set properly to take the pictures. He then rode back, 11 miles, and then of course, 11 miles home. Dedication.

Photography has proven to be thought provoking, and in turn, means for conversation. "A picture's worth a thousand words." As a forum for endless discussion, and debate, photography has been a way to help me work through ideas, and show others what I'm thinking.In my eyes, a picture is a way to share something that one has seen, and others have not been fortunate enough to see. It conveys the world through their eyes. I want to travel the world through the eyes of my peers. I may not be able to go to Tokyo anytime soon, but through photographs taken by Kohlton, I can see what I never could have seen before.
